The negative emotions we hold onto affect how we “are” in our life.

The series of 4 interactive workshops offer an opportunity for you to learn about how the emotions and feelings you harbour in your mind, body and spirit affect every aspect of you and your life.

When looking at spiritual connections and the energies you attract to you it is important to be aware of many components of your thoughts and feelings.

Healed emotions can create a new world of wonder, spiritual connections and joy.  Sometimes these mean dealing with the heaviness of grief, but remember emotional responses are a major part of our life and are a result of many different life events or happenings.

All session are held in the warm and welcoming environment of Barbara’s office space.  Barbara has more than 18 years of personal and spiritual growth behind here.  One important factor that has gotten Barbara to where she is now is stepping into her fears and realizing some of those fears are hidden for years. 

Barbara will empower you to find the true you hidden behind fear and whatever walls or barriers you have used to protect yourself in the past.  When the barriers are high and tight there is no growth.
