Emotions ~ Spiritual Connections ~ Moving Forward

This workshop/class is held once a week and is designed to offer information about opening your heart and opening to spiritual connections.  You will learn about how your emotional state of being affects all areas of your life, which includes mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and so much more. 

The classes are for YOU and will adjust to what the group needs at the time.

In the classes you will learn more about how your emotions hold you back in many areas of life.  Specifically focusing on positive and negative energies and delving deeper into spiritual connections and what this means for you.

A few of the topics to be touched on are;

• Meditation as you see it
• Energy modalities for healing
• Spiritual connections; a better understanding
• What are you really missing now
• How does your body speak to you
• What lessons are you not paying attention to

Be prepared to;

• Grow spiritually
• Smile more
• Understand why difficult times challenge your sense of well being

Once you learn something it can never be unlearned.

Once you step on a path of enlightenment you cannot unlearn what you know.

Once you open your heart you will find more reasons for keeping it open.

Group size: small and closed

Time: 6:30pm to 8:30 pm

Day: Tuesdays

Duration: 6 weeks with the option to continue longer.

Cost: $150.00 for 6 classes payable in advance ($25.00 per class)
