DESCRIPTION:NEW   week 1 of  6 weeks of classes\nEmotions ~ Spiritual Connections ~ Moving Forward \nThis workshop/class is held once a week and is designed to offer information about opening your heart and opening to spiritual connections.  You will learn about how your emotional state of being affects all areas of your life\, which includes mental\, emotional\, spiritual\, physical and so much more.  \nThe classes are for YOU and will adjust to what the group needs at the time. \nIn the classes you will learn more about how your emotions hold you back in many areas of life.  Specifically focusing on positive and negative energies and delving deeper into spiritual connections and what this means for you. \nA few of the topics to be touched on are; \n\nMeditation as you see it\nEnergy modalities for healing\nSpiritual connections; a better understanding\nWhat are you really missing now\nHow does your body speak to you\nWhat lessons are you not paying attention to\n\nBe prepared to; \n\nGrow spiritually\nSmile more\nUnderstand why difficult times challenge your sense of well being\n\nOnce you learn something it can never be unlearned.\nOnce you step on a path of enlightenment you cannot unlearn what you know.\nOnce you open your heart you will find more reasons for keeping it open.\nGroup size: small and closed \nTime: 6:30pm to 8:30 pm \nDay: Tuesdays \nDuration: 6 weeks with the option to continue longer. \nCost: $150.00 for 6 classes payable in advance ($25.00 per class) \nStart: Sept. 16th to Oct. 21st \nContact:  Barbara Saunders at   519-637-8458 or bsaunders@healingaheartsloss.com \n
